Reservation Form
How to reserve your room at West Burlington:
In order to reserve a room in the SCC Residence Halls or reserve your spot on the waiting list, you need to submit a completed Reservation Form along with a $300 deposit, $50 of that is a non-refundable processing fee, and $250 is your damage deposit which is refunded when you check out contingent upon your room being in the same condition when you move out as it was when you moved in.
If you are on the waiting list and decide to cancel before you are assigned a room, you will receive the full $300 back.
Once we receive your Reservation Form, you will be sent an SCC Residence Hall and Dining Contract once they are updated for the school year. You will need fill the contract out and return in it in the postage paid envelope that will be accompanying it.
Once that process is complete, you will either be assigned a room or put on the waiting list, depending on availability.
