The Keokuk Apartments offers 1 bedroom apartment style living. In this 10 unit complex, each apartment is furnished with couches, extra long twin beds, full bath, and kithen. In addition, cable TV and wireless interent is available. The apartment complex also houses a community laundry facility.

All student housing requires a $300 deposit, which consists of a $50 non-refundable reservation fee and a $250 damage deposit, which will be refunded if no damages have been assessed and you have properly checked out of the room/suite. The $300 deposit must accompany your SCC Residence Hall Reservation Form.
Rates are subject to change at the start of each academic year.
